This website has no forms. There is nothing for you to fill in here. Below is what we do know, why we know it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
There is no contact form, no account to create and no payment on this site. To reach us you press a WhatsApp, call or email button, and the conversation starts there rather than passing through the website.
We do not sell anyone's details, and we do not use them for advertising.
We use Google Analytics to see how families use this site: which pages are read, where you arrived from (a Google search or Facebook, for example), whether you are on a phone or a computer, roughly which city you are in, and which WhatsApp, call, map or review button you pressed.
These records carry no name. What we see is counts of visits and pages, not individuals. It is how we know which part of the site actually helps families — whether the fees page is the one they read most, for instance.
Google stores a small file (a cookie) in your browser so that a returning browser can be recognised as the same one. This site sets it to expire after 90 days.
Pressing a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with one sentence already written, saying you came from this website — so we know straight away that you are asking about admission. The link also carries a short tag recording which page you pressed it on, the fees page for example. You can delete the whole message before sending it; we will still reply.
The conversation itself then happens inside WhatsApp, handled by Meta under its own terms, which is not something we control. Calls and emails come straight to the centre.
When you ask about admission you usually tell us how your relative is at the moment — whether they can walk unaided, whether there is dementia, whether they are tube fed. We need that to judge whether we can look after them properly. Only the staff who need it see it. None of it goes on the website, and we do not discuss it with other families.
The photographs here are our own, of the centres and of what happens in them. If you recognise your relative in any photograph and would rather it were not on the website, tell us and we will take it down. You do not have to give a reason.
The centre and contact pages embed an OpenStreetMap map. When the map loads, OpenStreetMap knows that someone viewed it from this site. The directions, Facebook and Google review links take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email blessingcarejj@gmail.com or simply call the centre. We will answer within 21 days.
The data user is JJ Blessing Care Centre 互爱安老与疗养中心. The site is built and maintained on the centre's behalf by NursingHomeGuide.my and hosted by Vercel; both see server logs, and neither uses them for anything else.

Gambar di laman ini ialah gambar pusat kami sendiri. Jika anda mengenali saudara anda dalam mana-mana gambar dan tidak mahu ia berada di sini, beritahu kami dan kami akan menanggalkannya. Anda tidak perlu memberi sebab.
